This chalet was part of a larger development and our brief was to inject some much-needed warmth and character. We focused on textures, used gentle patterns and worked with a calming colour palette of creams and blues to complement the classical chalet style of exposed woodwork and pared-back living. Lighting plays a huge part in creating atmosphere, so by using accent and low level lighting we were able to create a cosy feel in the evenings.
